Learning to pray effectively—like the prophet Elijah—is one the most important things a believer can ever do in his Christian walk. However, it is clear that, even though a lot of Christians pray, they hardly get the desired results because they pray amiss.
When the sun shines on everybody, it does not burn; but when its rays are concentrated on an object through a magnifying glass, the sun can set it on fire. Similarly, a Christian can set the world and his own life on fire if he can only pray focused and powerful prayers. But he can only do this if he knows how to pray according to biblical principles.
Today, let’s look at three steps to answered prayer:
